About the role

  • Inside Sales Specialist supporting advisors, sales leaders, and MGA partners at iA Financial Group. Managing sales administration, communications, materials, activity tracking, and business development support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative and sales support requests from advisors, Sales Directors, and internal team members
  • Process or direct requests efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate responses and provide a seamless advisor experience
  • Communicate business updates, sales initiatives, and announcements to advisors, Business Development Managers, and MGA partners
  • Manage and maintain inventory of sales concepts, presentations, and supporting sales materials
  • Distribute sales concepts and presentations to advisors as needed
  • Conduct follow-up activities related to sales campaigns, business initiatives, and major communications
  • Proactively reach out to newly contracted advisors to introduce available sales support services and resources
  • Track sales activities and outcomes, providing visibility and insights to the sales team
  • Produce customized advisor and sales contact lists to support business development activities
  • Maintain advisor segmentation information and accurate internal documentation
  • Leverage internal tools and digital platforms to support advisor engagement, activity tracking, and case management

Requirements

  • Recognized for outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, advisors, and business partners
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Knowledge of digital communication and marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools
  • Completed post-secondary studies in administration, finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry considered a strong asset
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
