About the role
- Client Operations Specialist managing client campaign setup, quality assurance, and reporting at Leads.io, a lead-generation company. Coordinating clients and internal teams for efficient, profitable campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build client relationships during the setup of new and ongoing campaigns
- Input data and align all necessary systems when setting up new campaigns
- Administer important client details, including invoicing
- Align client requests with internal teams and provide answers needed to run successful campaigns
- Oversee the overall operation of campaigns and manage them in a timely, efficient, and profitable manner
- Arrange post-campaign reporting for Business Developers and Marketing teams
- Provide clients with important insights and learnings for future campaigns
