About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads for Lillio’s early-childhood education software. Researching prospects, conducting outreach and supporting account executives’ pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research leads to meet and exceed monthly quotas for creating new sales opportunities
  • Respond to warm and hot inbound leads
  • Make cold calls and cultivate new leads
  • Identify gaps preventing prospects from achieving their goals and suggest appropriate products
  • Build rapport with key decision makers in early childhood programs, including owners, directors and systems leaders
  • Prioritize and organize the lead pipeline daily for maximum efficiency
  • Record and update data accurately and in real time in Salesforce
  • Stay current with changes in the Early Childhood Education industry
  • Collaborate with the sales team and coordinate cross-functionally, especially on top-of-funnel activities
  • Continue learning and growing as a sales professional
  • Serve as the first line of communication with prospects and set up Associate Account Executives, Account Executives and Account Managers for success

  • Some sales or customer success experience at a fast-paced, dynamic organization
