Presales Engineer at Motorola Solutions designing end-to-end solutions for first responder agencies in Canada, focusing on mission-critical communication technologies.

Responsibilities

Responsible for working with the Sales Team to deliver customer driven, world class, leading edge, end-to-end solutions that rise to the challenges of first responder agencies within Canada.
Concentrates on mission-critical communications technologies at various levels of complexity: Public Safety grade mobile/portable voice and data networks, Advanced Mobile devices including video, Public Safety mobile broadband networks and devices (LTE), Integrated Command & Control: 9-1-1 Dispatch Consoles, and more.

Enrolled in bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or Networking.
Preferred emphasis in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Fluency (spoken and written) in both French and English
Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences
Proficiency in applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, email and web applications
Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo
Attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset
