About the role
- Founding growth marketer scaling Silvie, Pontosense’s camera-free senior safety sensor. Owning SEO, paid acquisition, social, conversion, and channel ROI.
Responsibilities
- Own Silvie’s search, paid advertising, and social channels
- Plan, launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns
- Run SEO and AI search (AEO) so Silvie appears in relevant family safety searches
- Manage Meta, Google, and new paid channels, including targeting, creative tests, budgets, and bids
- Build organic social content and creator programs with Brand
- Test landing pages, offers, and checkout flows to improve conversion
- Track and report CAC, conversion, and channel ROI weekly
- Scale repeatable acquisition channels based on performance data
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Marketing on brand and creative
- Collaborate with Product on the website and funnel
- Build the growth playbook and potentially lead a growth team as Silvie scales
Requirements
- Experience growing a consumer or DTC brand
- Hands-on experience running SEO, paid ads, and social
- Ability to show campaigns, content, and performance numbers
- Strong advertising judgment and creative taste
- Ability to make decisions with limited data and adapt based on results
- Willingness to work hands-on across multiple channels rather than specialize in one
- Willingness to execute work directly rather than brief agencies
