Responsibilities
- Implement and support the delivery of client projects in accordance with the approved Statement of Work.
- Coordinate project activities and collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO).
- Help identify the client’s overall strategic objectives and tailor project delivery to achieve measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of relevant professional experience as a Project Coordinator, Deputy Project Director, or entry-level Project Director
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Ability to build relationships and effectively navigate challenges in a fast-changing environment
- Familiarity with core enterprise technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud, data and AI, security, infrastructure, or managed services) is an asset
- Post-secondary degree is an asset
- CAPM, CSM, PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are an asset
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends to meet project delivery requirements
