Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Cloud Service Architect to develop and implement cutting-edge Managed Cloud Services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Utilize your technical expertise to craft and deploy cloud solutions on platforms like Azure, AWS, and M365, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Develop and deploy cloud services using best practices and coding standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise during development and deployment, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and availability of cloud services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services into existing systems.
- Document code, processes, and configurations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined IT Infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS), and workplace (Microsoft 365) experience.
- Proven experience in cloud service development and deployment.
- Proficiency with either Python or PowerShell (extra points for both).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services: Application integration, functions, Cloud Databases, data warehouse and analytics, Machine Learning, Developer Tools, Security, and identity management.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (example: Terraform / Azure RM/Bicep, CloudFormation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Self-interest in maintaining updated knowledge with technology (industry) best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude with creative thinking.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Engineer, Azure Administrator).
