About the role

  • Account Manager owning Max-segment and $2M+ customer relationships for Keep, a Canadian fintech providing cross-border banking services. Driving onboarding, capital opportunities, expansion, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Personally onboard every new Max and $2M+ customer via Zoom within the first week of activation
  • Maintain a 2-hour response SLA on all commercial contacts for the segment
  • Serve as the customer's named, trusted commercial contact at Keep
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews covering credit, capital, TPV, account health, and product feedback, with written summaries
  • Run capital conversations from discovery through qualification and underwriting handoff
  • Identify capital opportunities through discovery of cash flow, growth plans, seasonal cycles, and financing gaps
  • Qualify candidates, provide underwriting context, and explain financing numbers
  • Introduce partner lenders when Keep Capital is not a fit
  • Drive TPV growth, plan upgrades, credit limit opportunities, and account value
  • Monitor account health and act before churn
  • Create and track CS tickets for service needs
  • Represent customer feedback in product and roadmap discussions
  • Log calls, capital pipeline, and account health data in HubSpot/Quo
  • Flag commercial patterns and signals to the AM Team Lead and GTM teams
  • Take ownership of an established book of business and support other Account Managers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success in fintech, payments, or SaaS
  • Solid fundamentals in relationship ownership and consultative selling
  • Proven track record growing a high-value portfolio, including NRR above 110% or equivalent account expansion and reduced churn
  • Ability to independently manage a book of business, calls, client communication, and deliverables
  • Comfort navigating conversations with founders, finance-persona buyers, and executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to run QBRs confidently
  • Strategic approach to capital and financing conversations
  • Ability to connect a customer's business model and growth timeline to recommendations
  • Adaptability in a small-company, multi-hat environment
  • Clear communication in English

  • Experience with HubSpot/Quo for CRM and reporting
