About the role
- Lead enterprise-scale technology and systems modernization initiatives across the organization, overseeing multiple concurrent programs within a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large enterprise technology programs, including planning, budgeting, governance, risk, and issue management. Prioritize and align multiple concurrent workstreams across business and IT teams, provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional project teams and vendor partners, establish robust reporting and accountability frameworks, proactively manage scope and risks, support executive forums, champion co-design approaches, partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technical requirements, lead vendor selection and contract negotiation, drive Agile or hybrid delivery approaches, and design enterprise change management strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years delivering large-scale enterprise technology implementations; 8+ years leading complex multi-stream programs; experience with ERP and enterprise data platforms; M&A integration and system harmonization; knowledge of AI/ML, RPA, low-code/no-code; experience managing major SaaS/enterprise vendors; certification in Agile/SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or Business; strong leadership and communication skills; healthcare or regulated-sector experience strongly preferred.
