About the role
- Hiring Sr. Technical Delivery Program Manager (AML/Financial Crimes) for a hybrid contract role in Toronto. Lead end-to-end delivery of financial crime technology programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AML / Financial Crime technology programs; act as a bridge between Compliance, Legal & Engineering teams; drive technical roadmap including legacy modernization & AI-driven solutions; ensure alignment with global regulatory standards; manage risks, dependencies & stakeholder communication; oversee vendor integrations & FinCrime tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience; strong AML domain knowledge (CDD, EDD, SAR, Sanctions, PEP); experience with financial crime typologies & risk frameworks; expertise in Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies; hands-on with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Big Data (Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop); exposure to AI/ML in fraud detection & data governance.
