Responsibilities

  • Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level financial systems transformations. This role connects their finance, accounting, and IT engineering teams, with a heavy focus on managing strategic third-party vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate has proven experience optimizing financial forecasting and month-end close processes, backed by strong vendor governance skills.

Requirements

  • Project Management Methodologies: Hands-on application of formal enterprise methodologies, specifically Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall. Planview Administration & Mastery: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Planview (Enterprise One, LeanKit, or PPM Pro) for enterprise-level project/portfolio management, resource capacity planning, and financial tracking. Financial Domain Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of corporate finance, GAAP/IFRS principles, forecasting, budgeting, and the mechanics of the month-end close process. Enterprise Implementations: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ERP or EPM system implementations. Vendor Contract Management: 5+ years of experience overseeing multi-million dollar third-party software implementations, technical milestones, SOWs, and licensing agreements.
