About the role

  • Mid-Market BDR qualifying inbound leads and sourcing outbound opportunities for 360Learning's collaborative learning platform. Generating sales pipeline across Canada's mid-market segment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and convert MQLs across all industries in the Mid-Market segment
  • Generate pipeline for the sales team
  • Proactively source opportunities through targeted outbound efforts
  • Finish onboarding and begin core BDR responsibilities
  • Master inbound lead pitch and qualification methodology
  • Learn cold call and personalized email frameworks
  • Qualify leads and create opportunities for Account Executives
  • Create SQLs for the Sales team
  • Send personal, strategic, value-add emails and social messages
  • Use SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and related tools
  • Qualify inbound demo requests from the website
  • Bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for demos, meetings, and qualified opportunities
  • Identify and leverage compelling new business entryways for targeted outreach
  • Become a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge across the organization
  • Participate in client and larger team meetings, trade shows, and other events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field (preferred)
  • At least 4-6 months experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR or SDR
  • Experience using CRM (SalesForce preferred) and Sales Engagement Software (SalesLoft preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Available for client and larger team meetings, including Revenue Kick-Off and trade shows, for up to 5% travel time annually
  • Ability to travel to a minimum of one trade show per year is required
