Responsibilities
Own end to end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Drive cross functional collaboration between engineering, product, and analytics teams to accelerate delivery and remove execution blockers
Lead program planning and execution, optimizing resource allocation, timelines, and delivery predictability at scale
Influence technical and operational strategy by aligning stakeholders around priorities, risks, and dependencies
Implement scalable program management frameworks that improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery velocity
Analyze program performance using data driven insights to improve outcomes, reduce risk, and enhance execution quality
Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies that protect delivery timelines and platform performance
Communicate program status, impact, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management within high growth or cloud based environments
Proven track record delivering complex, cross functional technical programs on time and within scope
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern software architectures
Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, product, and analytics teams in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with a data driven mindset
Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining focus on high impact outcomes.
