Responsibilities
- Own end to end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Drive cross functional collaboration between engineering, product, and analytics teams to accelerate delivery and remove execution blockers
- Lead program planning and execution, optimizing resource allocation, timelines, and delivery predictability at scale
- Influence technical and operational strategy by aligning stakeholders around priorities, risks, and dependencies
- Implement scalable program management frameworks that improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery velocity
- Analyze program performance using data driven insights to improve outcomes, reduce risk, and enhance execution quality
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies that protect delivery timelines and platform performance
- Communicate program status, impact, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management within high growth or cloud based environments
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross functional technical programs on time and within scope
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern software architectures
- Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, product, and analytics teams in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with a data driven mindset
- Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining focus on high impact outcomes.
