About the role
- Remote staffing consultant supporting Kelly's contingent workforce programs. Managing hiring-manager consultations, suppliers, MSP technology, requisitions, KPIs, SLAs, and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Provide staffing support for a variety of positions using a consultative approach with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and determine sourcing strategies
- Use procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment and move requisitions through client processes
- Provide complete information and data points to the talent supply chain through documentation and consultation calls
- Monitor requisition progress and follow up
- Review resumes using candidate assessment and selection techniques and shortlist the best matches
- Support financial processes including timecard and expense management, invoicing, and corrections
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Negotiate bill rates aligned with current market rates
- Manage market goals, priorities, Kelly processes, technology, documentation, client needs, and role requirements
- Meet KPI and SLA objectives and contribute to continuous improvement and service delivery
- Use bill-rate benchmarking and competitive bidding for customer cost containment
- Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships
- Identify service delivery issues and provide timely solutions
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve operational issues and escalate as appropriate
- Contribute consultative input and client requirement expertise to the annual supplier summit
- Use client and market data to set realistic recruiting-cycle timelines
- Work independently, make decisions, and take initiative
- Develop thorough knowledge of procurement tools supporting KellyOCG's MSP solution
- Support technology updates by explaining new functionality to clients and suppliers
- Troubleshoot simple technology issues escalated by clients or suppliers
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Recruitment background or equivalent; work experience in temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industry
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in one-on-one and group settings with internal and external audiences
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, internet, and VMS tools
- Beeline experience, including Admin Configuration, distribution lists, job posting templates/job catalogs, and Activity items
- Experience creating and developing strategic relationships that promote positive client and employee engagement
- Ability to manage MSP KPI and SLA performance, including root cause analysis, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement plans
- Ability to partner with AM and lead delivery improvement initiatives
- Ability to assess candidates against criteria and use program data to educate customers and suppliers and drive change
- Supply base management experience, including onboarding suppliers, coordinating supplier scorecards, and managing supplier performance initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process-oriented and skilled in client consultation within an MSP
- Strong invoice resolution experience in an MSP, including understanding invoice rejection reasons and resolution processes
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
