Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality service to candidates and clients
- Effectively promote opportunities, assess candidates, and present the strongest profiles
- Enhance sourcing strategies and develop a diverse talent pipeline
- Exceed client expectations and expand influence across the account portfolio
- Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and employment market trends
- Understand local labor market, employment, and workforce management dynamics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than 3 years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in the engineering sector
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (an additional qualification that will help distinguish you)
