About the role
- Account Executive selling Owner's AI-native websites, ordering, CRM, and POS software to restaurant owners. Building sales pipeline, advising customers, and exceeding quota.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Owner's product and the restaurant industry to advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner
- Align restaurant owners' goals and objectives with Owner's product capabilities
- Sell on value and return on investment rather than technical functionality
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline alongside the XDR team
- Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to deliver seamless product launches
- Continuously learn through reading, podcasts, teammates, and peers
- Meet and exceed sales quota to help teammates and the company succeed
- Participate in a remote-first, globally distributed sales organization
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in software sales, preferably high-volume SMB SaaS sales, with closing experience
- Consultative, customer-first sales approach
- History of personal and professional excellence
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth and development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is common
- Strong sales acumen, effective time management, and organization skills
- Experience with restaurants is a huge plus
- Professional fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred and prioritized in the selection process
- Must be currently and permanently based in the United States or Canada
- Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
