About the role

  • Sales Development Representative converting vendor leads into sales for VendorPM’s commercial real estate vendor lifecycle platform. Managing prospect pipelines and client relationships across Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Contact vendor leads assigned across Canada and the US and convert them into sales to achieve weekly sales quotas.
  • Expand the vendor client base by promoting VendorPM’s vendor lifecycle management platform.
  • Conduct sales calls to educate potential clients about offerings.
  • Utilize Salesforce for prospect account record-keeping and logging activity and information.
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Guide clients through the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Organize and track the sales pipeline to meet team targets.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and feedback.
  • Offer tailored advice and solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Attend industry events to expand the client base.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience; experience in SaaS, proptech, commercial real estate, or tech is a plus.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce and Salesloft or a similar sales engagement tool to manage accounts effectively.
  • Ability to handle a large number of accounts and manage multiple products concurrently.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales roles that require engaging prospects and building rapport.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

  • Competitive compensation: 55,000 CAD/year base plus 10,000 CAD/year uncapped commission.
