About the role

  • Senior Enterprise Account Executive selling Cyara’s AI-powered customer experience assurance platform. Driving SaaS sales, enterprise relationships, complex negotiations, and quota attainment across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas
  • Develop territory, strategic account, and close/win plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and create demand
  • Maintain planning tools for cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and executive engagement
  • Identify and proactively address obstacles to meeting expectations
  • Become knowledgeable about Cyara’s products and demonstrate them according to prospect pain points
  • Assess pipeline opportunities and produce forecasts within a 10% +/- margin at week 8 forecast
  • Address competitor advantages and sell against competitors
  • Execute company campaigns and meet outbound call and email targets with high-quality leads
  • Communicate the value and competitive advantages of Cyara solutions and services
  • Use negotiation, trading, bargaining, discounts, and promotions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Overcome obstacles and secure contract agreements and purchase orders
  • Collaborate globally and contribute to team and organizational success

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, customer experience platforms, or contact center technologies strongly preferred
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution-based selling, and complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling at the C level
  • Solid technical acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience selling into the applicable region, with understanding of ICP and buyer personas
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Strategic, results-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
