About the role

  • Senior Recruiter hiring North American talent for Phreesia’s healthcare SaaS platform. Leading executive and specialized searches, advising leaders, and improving full-cycle recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates at all levels
  • Lead North America recruiting processes for roles across departments, position levels, and geographic locations
  • Lead search strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Align stakeholders on job requirements, qualifications, ideal candidate profiles, market conditions, and hiring approach
  • Partner directly with senior leaders, presenting market insights, candidate slates, and hiring recommendations
  • Mentor and coach other recruiters and share recruiting best practices
  • Advise business leaders on compensation, market trends, and interview approaches
  • Lead projects that improve recruiting processes and strategy, including AI-enabled tools
  • Deliver a high-touch, authentic, inclusive candidate experience and represent the Phreesia brand
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to track performance and improve hiring outcomes
  • Support consistency and compliance through scorecards, process standards, and timely feedback in Workday
  • Adapt recruiting approaches and processes to the unique demands of each search

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in results-driven, full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience with hard-to-fill or confidential searches
  • Executive presence and concise, credible communication with senior leaders
  • Ability to balance multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading other recruiters
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational needs
  • Adaptability and interest in professional growth
  • Extensive recruiting experience across multiple levels and functions, including senior-level searches across North America
  • Experience managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to operate with a high level of independence
  • Commitment to professional development and staying current in recruiting
  • Global recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior or specialized roles
  • Candidates must be located in Canada, the New York Metro Area within a 2-hour commute to NYC, or Raleigh, North Carolina
